個人の嗜好がここまでミニマル化された現代では、ファッションにおいても既存のカテゴリーで括る事の出来ないシーンが生まれてきている。LASSIE PAPERでは東京のコンテンポラリーファッションを主軸に、それに関わる人々の思考やアティテュードの追求と、さらにシーンを取り巻く様々なカルチャーを多角的に紹介していく。また本誌では、モードもストリートもカルチャーも優劣つけることなく同等に紹介していこうと思う。私たちが作りたいのは純粋に東京のファッションシーンが感じ取れる「場」である。このLASSIE PAPERをきっかけに、ファッションにおける新たな価値観やコミュニティーが生まれてくる事を期待している。

Recently people's interest has diversified and this describes the existence of many unique categories in the fashion scene now. Lassie Paper introduces the minds and attitudes of people who create these new trends and cultures with the Tokyo fashion scene as its base. Also, through this paper we want to show respect to all genres of fashion and its culture. What we want to produce is a spot that can be sensed from Tokyo's fashion. We hope Lassie Paper can open up opportunities to create new value or community in fashion.
